“I truly appreciate the effort Professor Czypinski makes to treat all his students with respect and kindness. Whenever I had questions he was always eager and willing to give thorough explanations. I believe he teaches from the heart! I am leaving this course with an excellent foundation of knowledge in lighting and sound. I especially enjoyed the soundscape projects. As a performance major, I feel like I have a much better handle on technical theater, after this course. My only criticism, and I do not view it as a problem, is the text required was not used much. I would have liked to save the money I spent to rent it, but that is not a big deal. It is good for reference. Thanks again, Professor Czypinski for all that you do!” – Anonymous Student, Spring 2017, TA 1320-01

“Prof. Czypinski is an excellent educator. He truly cares about his students and does everything he can to make sure we are learning. He trusts us with opportunities to practice as industry professionals. He provides students with the necessary tools we need once graduated. He is the only professor in this program who truly listens to the students and fights for our education. It is clear that he is immensely invested in this program and wants to help it grow. I truly believe he should be in a higher position at this university.” – Anonymous Student, Spring 2017, TA 1320-01
